Learn to Love Scope Creep
I love scope creep. What? Have I finally lost it? Nope. I just refuse to see this common occurrence as solely negative. Sure, if you don’t bill for scope creep it will suck the life out of you. That’s your bad. But also true, when a client adds tasks to your to do list it usually means their trust in you in growing. That’s a good thing. And so is scope creep.
