When I started working with a business coach 15 years ago I was so overwhelmed with work I would practically have a panic attack when she would ask me where I wanted to start? How could I identify what was the most pressing need? There were so many!

My projects just seemed to spin out of control no matter how hard I tried to keep them on track. The trades wouldn’t behave, the suppliers were always playing games, and the clients couldn’t be managed.

And money? Well, I wasn’t making any… but I didn’t even see that as my biggest problem.
