Introduction


When you’ve enjoyed a healthy and successful relationship with an existing client, the end of the project is bittersweet. There are times when I can’t believe I won’t be moving into the house, having been so invested in the process.

The last two Steps — Step 14: Client Closure Meeting and Presenting Final Invoices and Step 15: Presentation of Client Binder and Thank You — signify the end of a project. However, when handled as part of the full 15-step project management strategy they can also be a catalyst to a long, happy, healthy client relationship.
