DEPOSIT & BALANCE
For those who signed up before April 15, 2018 and only paid a 50% deposit, the balance will be due on July 15, 2018. As of April 15, 2018, full payment is due upon registration.
In the event an attendee cancels, a refund will be issued prior to April 15, 2018 minus a $275 administration fee. For cancellation after this date, the deposit is 100% non-refundable. After July 15, 2018, the full trip is non-refundable.
Although it’s unlikely, Business of Design reserves the right to cancel this event at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to illness, or force majeure. In the unlikely event of a cancellation initiated by BOD, you will be given a full refund. Business of Design is not responsible for any additional costs (e.g. travel, hotel) you may incur due to cancellation of the event. You can purchase air travel insurance if you are concerned.
