PAYMENT & BALANCE
September 7 to December 15, 2021 | Access early registration perks. Save $300 and pay only 50% deposit to register. Prices go up on December 16, 2021. Balance is due on February 15, 2022.
As of December 16, 2021 | Full payment will be due upon registration. Tickets are regular price.
MEMBER PRICING | Members save $500 off regular and early bird tickets. For those who register on or before December 15, 2021 and pay only deposit to register, a savings of $250 will be applied to both deposit and balance payments. You must be logged into your BOD™ Member Account to access these savings.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event an attendee cancels, a refund will be issued prior to December 15, 2021 minus a $275 administration fee. For cancellation between December 16, 2021 and February 15, 2022, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. For those who paid in full during this time period, 50% of the trip fee will be refunded. As of February 16, 2022, the trip is 100% non-refundable.
Although it’s unlikely, Business of Design™ reserves the right to cancel this event at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to illness, or force majeure. In the unlikely event of a cancellation initiated by BOD, you will be given a full refund. Business of Design™ is not responsible for any additional costs (e.g. travel, hotel) you may incur due to cancellation of the event. You can purchase air travel insurance if you are concerned.
COVID POLICY
Dear BOD™ Community, Business of Design® believes that the health decisions of our members are personal, and we refrain from opinions and judgment on individual choices regarding the Covid vaccine. That said, as we are planning various events for our 2022 retreat, many of our vendors/hosts/suppliers are asking that we limit participation to people who are fully vaccinated. For that reason, we will require attendees to provide proof of vaccination prior to the retreat.
Nothing would please us more than avoiding discussion that leads to division in our beloved community. We realize that this is a dynamic situation, and we are continually learning new information. In the event the situation improves, and we can modify this policy to be more inclusive, we will do so. Until then, we will do our best to make decisions that protect and respect our members while providing a long-awaited opportunity to develop professionally and connect personally.
