This trip requires a minimum of 20 attendees to run. In the event this trip is cancelled for this reason, attendees will be notified by May 1, 2017.
Kimberley Seldon Design Group reserves the right to cancel this event up to 30 days prior to the scheduled date for any reason. In the unlikely event of a cancellation initiated by us, you will be given a full refund. Kimberley Seldon Design Group is not responsible for any additional costs (e.g. travel, hotel) you may incur due to cancellation of the event. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance for this event.
In the event an attendee cancels, a 75% refund will be issued up to 150 days prior to event, a 50% refund will be issued up to 90 days prior to the event and a 25% refund will be issued up to 30 days prior to the event. After 30 days prior to the event start date, this trip is 100% non-refundable.
