Most of us have been guilty at one time or another (or more often than not) of spreading ourselves too thin. Too often, we become swept up in the neediness of “more” … more work, more demands, and more expectations. The instantaneous nature of communication and technology make it all-too-easy to become engulfed and overwhelmed.
The idea of balance is elusive for many but in the case of entrepreneurs, the pressure is intensified. Being solely responsible for the success or failure of your enterprise drives many entrepreneurs to work harder and longer than their salaried counterparts. Burnout is a legitimate threat to entrepreneurial success.
