Maximum 2 Hour Consultation

Hi Kimberley, how do you handle the consultation when the client only wants to discuss 2 rooms and you know it will not take the entire 2 hours? Do you still charge for 2 hours? Also, what if a 2 hour consult is scheduled and paid for but you can only stretch it out to an hour and a half and the client asks for a credit?
