Business of Design™ fans will be thrilled to hear Aysun Kuck is scheduled to teach at the upcoming Business of Design™ Conference | Las Vegas Market, January 25, 26, 2020. Aysun is familiar to many, as she’s made a couple of appearances on the BOD™ Podcast, where she shared strategies for creating a seamless client intake process and closing the sale. Over the years, dozens of designers have taken her Business of Design™ Sales Training course, learning first hand how to book more consultations and close more sales.

During the two-day Business of Design™ Conference | Las Vegas Market, Aysun will unveil for the first time, Business of Design™ HR protocols—the systems she’s used successfully for more than 15 years working for Kimberley Seldon Design Group. Aysun has detailed systems for hiring, performance reviews and even firing. In addition, she books Kimberley’s media appearances and sponsorship deals and she’s set to reveal the specifics every interior designer should ask for, before agreeing to speak at any event or endorse any product.

About Aysun Kuck

For almost 20 years, Aysun Kuck has worked in the areas of promotion, coaching, media partnerships and client services with a number of interior design professionals across North America. She has been with Kimberley Seldon Design Group and Business of Design™ since 2003, currently as the Director of Promotion and Client Services.

As a facilitator, instructor and speaker, she trains sales staff in both Canada and the U.S., coaching on excellence in customer service and closing the sale. Aysun worked for 10 years in Human Resources with one of Canada’s largest newspapers. She brings her experience and knowledge to companies who don’t require a full-time HR department – yet still need HR. She teaches proper procedures for hiring/firing, employee contracts, performance evaluations and progressive discipline.
