Design Consultation Sales Training

Want to close more deals and book consultations more quickly? We are delighted to offer Professional Sales and Design Consultation Training. Our 60-minute telephone training session will improve your sales pitch and help you turn potential clients into paying customers.

Here is a brief overview on the learning modules.  *Please note that clients frequently book additional sessions in order to fine-tune their sales approach.

Learning Modules

  1. Review the ultimate goal – closing the sale and processing payment.
  2. Suggested Script & Telephone Demeanour
  3. Important Questions to ask re: budget, wish list, previous work with designers, etc.
  4. Lead Form and follow up.
  5. Possible negative comments—how to turn a maybe to your advantage.
  6. Cancellation fees and policy, design fees and contract details.
  7. Process a Consultation Form that provides details for the first appointment.
  8. Final review and Q&A.

How do you schedule your first call?

When you phone Aysun to pay for your training she will also schedule your training call (verifying time zone and the preferred phone number).

Changes and Cancellation.

Life happens. We understand. If you need to reschedule the appointment, it’s easy to do with advance notice – please provide 3 business days. Missing an appointment without notice or cancelling with less than 3 days business time is considered a forfeit of the appointment.
