The One Percent Guys asked 10+ Interior Designers to share their best tips for maximizing small spaces. Here’s what Kimberley had to say:

“Unlike a large home where you can ‘hide’ furniture and accessories you’re not fond of, everything in a small space is on display. Never rely on builders’ plans to purchase furniture and window coverings. Always do floor plans and elevations before you buy anything. And, perhaps most importantly, hire an interior design professional to get it right the first time.”
