A member writes: “I’ve implemented the 15 steps and did my first full presentation a week ago. The client liked what we presented however, felt that he was not given any “options’. He felt like he was “short changed” considering all the hours we spent and he did not get to see “what else” could work. So I am feeling a little “deflated” after all the work we put into the presentation, that they are not “over the moon” happy with what we showed them. So now I feel like I need to go back to my old way of presenting to clients with 3-4 options for all of the furnishing items…any advise?
